Accessibility

Last updated September 27, 2026

We want anyone to be able to read about our work and book a detail, whatever device they use and however they use it. This page says what we have built in, what we know is imperfect, and how to reach a human if the site gets in your way.

1. What this site does

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means:

  • A “skip to main content” link is the first thing a keyboard reaches, so you do not tab through the nav on every page.
  • Every page works with a keyboard alone — you can reach and operate every link, button, form field and the before/after slider without a mouse, and the focus outline is always visible.
  • Images carry descriptive alt text, and decoration is hidden from screen readers rather than announced as noise.
  • Form fields have real labels, required fields are marked in text as well as colour, and errors are announced and focused instead of only turning red.
  • Text and controls meet contrast targets against the dark background, and nothing depends on colour alone to make sense.
  • You can zoom to 200% or enlarge text without content overlapping or disappearing, down to a 320px-wide screen.
  • Our own animations respect your system’s “reduce motion” setting — turn it on and the fades, parallax and reveals stop. The embedded TikTok clips are the exception: they start muted on their own, and you pause them with the player’s own controls.
  • Headings, landmarks and page titles are structured so a screen reader can skim the page the way a sighted visitor does.

2. Where we know it falls short

An honest statement beats a perfect-sounding one. We test with a keyboard and a screen reader as we build, but we are a small business, not an audit firm, and we have not had this site independently certified.

  • Photographs and video of vehicles carry alt text, but detailing results are visual by nature and a description can only go so far. Call or text us and we will describe the work.
  • Embedded TikTok clips are controlled by TikTok, and their accessibility is not something we can fix from here. They play automatically without sound; each one keeps TikTok’s own pause and volume controls, so you can stop it.
  • The before/after slider is a visual comparison. Both images are described in text, and the slider can be driven with the arrow keys once focused.

3. Tell us when something does not work

If any part of this site blocks you, we want to hear about it — and we will not make you use the site to tell us. Phone and text reach us fastest.

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened — and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know it. We aim to reply within two business days.

4. Booking without the form

You never have to use the online form. Call or text (562) 239-9424 and we will take the booking over the phone, answer questions about a service, and quote you the same way. Nothing on this site is the only route to us.

5. This is ongoing

Accessibility is not a box we tick once. When we change the site we re-check it, and when someone reports a problem we fix it rather than logging it. If we add a third-party tool that turns out to be inaccessible, we will give you a way around it.
